Reading is the easiest skill. It is also the most widely found English language skill amongst Chinese student, Writing is a more active skill than reading. However it is still a little easier than speaking, as there is plenty of time to choose the right words look in the dictionary for help, and make corrections. Listening is the third most important language skill to learn. It is far more difficult to listen and understand spoken English than to read English in a book or in a letter. Speaking English may be the most difficult of the four language skills. It is an active skill, and requires the student to put words together into sentences without much time to prepare, and with no time for correction, yet it is the most exciting skill to have, as it opens up wonderful channels of communication with people of others cultures and countries. But this is just what we lack.
More often than not I found some of the students who get high marks in their exams showed an inability to communicate with people in English. And this enabled me to understand deeper what my first English teacher has always emphasized: listening and speaking keeping ahead; reading and writing following up. I believe this is the rule of learning a language because we learn a certain language to communicate. As we conquered the most difficult parts: listening and speaking, we would easily master the writing and reading skills.

首先，什么是英语学习？所有语言，都是两部分组成，用专业术语来说就是语言输入和语言输出，听读就是输入，说写就是输出。在中国，初高中的英语学习，其实都没有涉及到英语的太多输出，主要还停留在输入阶段，考试里的体现就是阅读完型为大，写作是小。因为很简单，作为第二语言，这个鸿沟不是那么容易就跨过去的。先打基础，再发展。所以得成立中国，再说改革开放。
我认为，初高中的英语学习就是两部分，一个叫语感培养，一个叫语境还原。这并不是我乱编的，是很多老师每天在说的。老师总说培养起语感了，就会做题就能得高分。这个说法实际上有很大的误区。我想把这个误区给纠正一下，把这个概念发展到了语境这个问题。到底什么是语感和语境呢？来看几个简单的例子：
Heis a man. /He is being a man. /He hasbeen a man for years. /He was a man. /He will be a man.
这五句话非常简单，都是初中的知识点。这五句话非常有趣，只改变了动词的时态，五句话就表达了五种不同的意思。解释五句话。其实这个例子，就体现了一个问题，每句话的产生，一定有一个语言背景，直白地说，就是说话的背景，说话人当时所处的环境。有一个笑话，说四川人老用tmd,到北方上学了，很多同学随口就带tmd,别人就不理解了，说四川人习惯不好，脏话连篇，素质低。这是真的吗？其实不然，tmd很多时候只是四川人的一句口头禅，它可以表达情绪的起伏变化，高兴了说一句"这tmd",不开心了说一句"这tmd",骂人了"这tmd",夸人也是"这tmd".语言就是这样，换个场景，语言本身的意思就变了，这就叫语境。
好了，说了这么多，我们来说怎么学。又听例子：

两句话比较完，只有一个冠词的差别，但是意思缺天差地别。第一句是说"教室里有一个学生",而第二句是"那就是教室里的那个学生".一个a一个the引起了句子的巨大变化，学过英语的学生都应该知道这两个词都是冠词，a、an叫不定冠词，the叫定冠词。什么叫定，什么又是不定呢？定冠词直白地说就是，指代特定事物，语法书上最常写的一个词叫特指。那么ok了，不定冠词加了个不字，就是否定定的意思，就是不特指，不搞特殊性，泛泛地指，a、an又可以表一个，所以就是随便的一个。搞定！那么所有的a、an、the你都有数了，特别，还是不特别。A student不特别，随便的一个，the student特别，必须是那一个，到底是哪一个，教室里的那一个。既然有教室里的那一个了，说明什么，前文肯定有教室，肯定说过这个学生。搞定！一段话就这样被你还原了。这样的学习，才是高效的，是有效的'。为什么？因为你学会了举一反三，从概念推句意，还能从句意推文意了。
可惜的是，这样的学生并不多，很多学生并不懂得如何去学习。英语一共十种词，名、动、代、冠、形、副、感叹、数、连、介，每种词的概念你都了解了，这是必要的，再者概念里面就会解释如何应用，然后就是把所有的词放在句子里面，理解句子，加入语法句法，全部合理以后，就是作者的小心思了。
学习应该是这样，一步步学习和理解，再应用。我个人很不喜欢死记硬背，也不会死记硬背，所以我有限的w多的词汇量，都是靠应用理解得来的，句子更是，我在大一阶段认真读完了那本绿皮的薄冰英语语法，然后通过平时的听说读写，去应用，现在我能告诉你任何一句话的语法变化，如何引申推导，文字背后的意思。这，就是高效的学习。我并不是一个非常优秀的学习者，我没有进入北大清华，没有进入常青藤剑桥牛津，我不特殊。我可以做到，同学们一样可以做到。只要你有着想知道为什么的渴望，就一定能走上宽广的道路去求得答案！

想学好英语，首先要培养对英语的兴趣。“兴趣是最好的老师”。兴趣是学习英语的巨大动力，有了兴趣，学习就会事半功倍。我们都有这样的经验：喜欢的事，就容易坚持下去；不喜欢的事情，是很难坚持下去的。而兴趣不是与生俱来的，需要培养，有的同学说：“我一看到英语就头疼，怎么能培养对英语的兴趣呢？”还有的同学说；“英语单词

以下是我在学习英语是经常采用的学习方法，希望你们可以采纳：
背英语单词时，我常常把一些记不住的英文单词写在便利贴上，贴在家里各处，镜子、书架、门口、书桌上……在早晨洗脸刷牙的时候就看看，尽量不浪费一天当中记忆里最好的时间。或者是把英语单词写在小本子上，上下学时可以边走边看，如果不想被车撞的话，就看一眼单词，边看路边拼读出来吧！在记忆的时候，要努力激励自己一定可以背下来，并且规定好多长时间复习一次，在背词汇表的时候，对于已掌握的，可以掠过去不看；对于那些生词，可以采取以下策略。以四个为一组，对于连续的四个生词反复多次进行记忆，直到你在遮住右半边只看英文的情况下能够立即说出其对应的中文含义。然后再背下面四个生词。当背了5组(20个词)后，再从头把这20个词检查一遍，对于那些记不住的
词，再在纸上抄几遍，以加强记忆。这样才不会让自己的词汇量有所短缺。
如果你想补充一下你的课外词汇量，就可以在做阅读题的时候，遇到不认识的单词先做记号，并猜测他们的意思，等到把全文看完后再从字典上把他们的意思找出来，具体的做法是找一本笔记本，把他的一页从中间对折，然后从字典上把英汉意思抄上去，英语单词或词组抄在左边，汉语意思抄在右边，然后对所有的词汇背三遍，先汉英对照背一边，然后分别只看英文或汉语解释背一遍。这种方法记忆的量大而且比较牢靠，只是需要十分刻苦的人才可以做到。
记得以前在李阳疯狂英语那里学习的时候，就有李阳三最口腔肌肉训练法，记住什么是三最。三罪就是“最大声、最清晰、最快速。”我们可以找一篇经典的短文或是一些句子进行联系。持之以恒，坚持练习，你的口语一定会取得很大的进步。
还有一些同学是在英语听力这方面比较弱，我个人认为，语音是一门语言的基础，只有学好发音，正确的读出来，才会听得懂对方再说什么。专心听懂一段英语对话比囫囵吞枣的听了长篇文章的效果要好得多。我们记忆单词平时是用眼看心记，虽然你是认识了这个单词，但很可能你还是听不懂这个单词，听力练习时是用耳朵对单词的再熟悉。英语听力并不是听的时间越长就越好，而是需要效率，时间太长只会
让你觉得耳朵变得迟钝，大脑反应变慢。所以我们贵在精，而不在多，每天你可以只听一个小时，甚至半个小时，但你一定要保证这半个小时你做的完全是有用功，而不是无效的仅仅是在于需要一个量的安慰。听不懂是很自然的事情。提高听力是需要时间的，也没有什么捷径可走。慢慢练习，坚持每天听一定时间的英语，把自己融入英语的世界里，随着时间的流逝，你会看到成绩的。
身边有好多同学对英语作文感到吃力。英语作文其实只需要掌握两方面，一是词汇，有充足的词汇量不担心写到一半卡壳；二是语法，学会正确运用语法很重要。词汇和语法掌握好了，你还怕作文不给力么？另外还有个比较笨的方法，背范文。好用但是吃力、耗时，我不喜欢。
每次考试之后，仔细看自己的试卷，哪里该错，哪里不该错，总结经验，下次绝不再犯。如果记性差或是要总结的比较多，最好拿本子记起来。不记得在哪看的，优秀的人是不会在同一个地方摔倒两次的
上课要认真听讲，不走思或尽量少走思。不要自以为是，要虚心向老师学习。不要以为老师讲得简单而放弃听讲，如果真出现这种情况可以当成是复习、巩固。尽量与老师保持一致、同步，不能自搞一套，否则就等于是完全自学了。入门以后，有了一定的基础，则允许有自己一定的活动空间，也就是说允许有一些自己的东西，学得越多，自己的.东西越多 。
有紧迫感是促使你努力学习的方法之一。养成习惯，观察你的竞争对手或班上成绩好又刻苦学习的同学。看到他们在课桌上奋笔疾书时，你难道不会想学习么？每次我松懈下来的时候，都会想：你不是一个人在奋斗。其实学习就像攀岩比赛，如果你不努力，你下面的人就会爬上来，把你踩在脚底下。同样的，爬得越高就越危险。竞争就是这么残酷，学生就是这么身不由己。

Before every English class we would have an on duty report to let the students say something according to what they had learned .My first presentation in class was to recite a dialogue. But to my great surprise, my teacher praised me for my pronunciation. I tittered because I had imitated the readers in the tape for at least 20 times until finally I couldn’t find any differences between our pronunciations. And I did not realize that this little prize given by my teacher began to influence my English learning magically.
I believe the first three years of English learning guaranteed the possibility of my further achievements because by means of imitation I built a foundation of good pronunciation and by means of reciting I restored the basic element of English language. On the whole, I would like to show my sincere thanks to my first English teachers. Yu Zhiling, who is now still caring for my growth.

Then how can we make it? I have seen lots of diligent students in the early morning reading aloud their English texts without paying any attention to their nearly unacceptable pronunciation. I feel sorry for those students because their hard work deserves a much better English level if they improve their method of learning.
I found that my way of learning English that I formed from middle school still works today. By listening to tapes and imitating the speakers one can improve his pronunciation within a short time. By reciting classic essays one can enrich their language as well as enlarge their vocabulary. As a non-English major, I like to set aside a certain period of time for English learning everyday, usually an hour or at least half an hour. I utilize this precious time by listening to tapes and imitating their content and then reciting the short passages I like. To be frank, “Crazy English” has always been my favorite. This is definitely not intended to flatter. Instead of dividing my attention between too many materials, I’d rather concentrate on one particular resource at a time such as CE, not only because of its abundant content and native English, but also because of the benefits it has brought to me through intensive reading, listening and reciting, I believe that studying English by using these intensive methods will help you to get twice the result with half the effort.

记忆力的好也可以帮助学习，但是死记硬背的方式实在是套古老了，也太死板了，再好的兴趣也会被消磨光。所以，可以用一种节省时间，增加兴趣，享受时间的方法。在老师留作业，抄单词或句子的时候，先抄一遍，再根据脑袋里"肯定"的答案在接着继续默写，这样就达到了节省时间着点了。还有在背课文的时候，有些同学们后觉得这些太多了，太难了，简直就是在谋财害命，但老师就是硬要我们被下来，太痛苦了！那么，在这个时候，你可以把被课文当做是在背诗，记歌词，背诗背着背着就顺了，记歌词记着记着就好像是自己在听喜爱的音乐一般，这也有了增加兴趣，享受时间和节省时间了。
第三步，自信：
不论是丘吉尔的"好运"还是海伦`凯特的身体残缺，贝多芬的老年失聪，他们都凭借着自己的努力而成功。当然，在他们最努力的时候才是他们最自信的时候。因为他们都相信自己，才有努力的动力。而我们不论是学英语还是其他的什么科目，相信了自己，才有成功耀眼的那一刻！

1、单词

2、练习
为了在考试中做题得心应手，挥洒自如，在家中做一些练习题是必不可少的。我在家里一般做一些阅读理解、听力等的练习题。原来我做这些题都需要许多时间，现在每次做这些练习题只需要较少的`时间就行了。这次期末考试我也从中尝到了甜头。

我叫韩瑶，我非常喜欢英语。所以我的英语在读、写、背方面都比较优越，英语成绩也很好。去年期末考试也考了个满分的好成绩。我一直以此为荣。有的同学可能会说女生在处理事情上优柔寡断，拖拖拉拉，但我从来不会这样处理事情。我对事情很投入，不会三心二意，什么事情都会认真对待。
如果我竞选英语学习委员会成功，首先我会按时完成老师布置的作业，严格要求自己，然后帮同学检查作业。如果我没做过，我会让他们补上，及时领取。其次，我会帮助那些英语成绩不好的'同学，耐心的教他们每个单词的发音，还有一些基础知识和句型。我也会和大家探讨学习英语的窍门，分享我在英语方面的收获，从而提高你们的英语成绩，共同进步！得到大家满意的结果！

学习英语无捷径。要想学好英语只有大量实践，多听多读，多说，多写。不要被子商业广告所误导。
1、注重课堂学习：
课堂上要积极参与，不能做被动的听众。提高课堂效率，珍惜每一次练习机会。
预习：熟读课文，了解生词在文章中的使用，标出难点。
听讲：老师设计的课堂活动是有目的的。别人答题时自己不能不听不练。
记笔记：理解≠记住≠灵活运用。因此，对好的例句、词语辨析、常用句型、文化差异，中英文差异，习俗差异都可作些笔录。
2、听说结合训练
1)听说结合训练是交流的需要。
2)听说结合训练也是学习规律的要求：高效学习的过程是：存储，记忆和激活的过程。听懂，并讲出就是将课本上的句子单词语法复习和巩固的过程。
3)听说结合训练能够帮你树立信心，多听各种生活情景下的句子，做到能条件反射地说出该说的英语句子。能说出一口流利的英语，不仅培养了成就感，也促进了语言的学习。
开始时可跟录音读，保证发音正确。因为许多同学听力差并不是因为掌握的语言知识不够，而是听到的正确的语音与自己所说熟悉的不正确的'读音不能联系起来，因此影响了理解。
3、阅读训练：
阅读应该是高中三年中最应重视的部分了。因为它是培养英语语感，巩固和熟悉所学知识的最有效途径。因此，课外阅读时可采用半精读与泛读的方式。
半精读：选长短适中，有一定生词的原文材料或某一种教材。要持之以恒。要记住，用一本教科书学英语是绝对不够的。
泛读：自助餐及书报杂志。读不同题材、体裁的文章，理解跨学科知识。读时注意对运用精妙的词汇，短语或句子做些摘抄。

“英语难，难于上青天”，“最令我们头疼的就是学英语”平常交谈中，我们常能听到许多类似的感慨。学英语真的很难吗?我认为：英语学习并非难事，关键在于要用心去学。首先，要舍得投入精力和时间，要有恒心。许多人学习英语时想寻求捷径，我认为这也未尝不可，但必须以坚实的基础为前提。付出总与收获成正比，持之以恒，英语水平就有了相应的提高。其次，掌握一定的词汇量。如果你目前没有掌握一定的词汇量，那么，你一定要学会如何掌握词汇量的方法。英语学习中，单词的记忆是困扰许多人的一个难题。记单词的确不是一件容易的事情，但若方法得当，效果就会好得多。我认为，大家倘能真正做到以下三点，掌握的词汇量一定会不断增多：
1、调整情绪。有的人想学，但却“怕”字当头，这与科学的学习方法相悖。心理学家认为：“当一个人感到极度兴奋时，学习的效果就极佳。它可使我们的思维变得敏捷、活跃，注意力集中。”所以在记忆单词前应首先调整好自己的情绪，使自己拥有一种学习单词的热情和牢记它们的决心，努力使自己处于学习的最佳状态。
2、运用记忆法记单词。现在有许多记忆单词的方法，如词缀词根记忆法、同义词和近义词记忆法，分割联想记忆法，词源记忆法等。我运用最多的是结合记忆法和词缀词根记忆法。
3、巩固和强化。单词在初次学习后，应及时地复习、巩固，以免在短时间内遗忘。还有一些方法比如收听英语节目、看英文原版录像都是效果不错的方法。即经常有意识地用英语交流。英语考试中阅读理解题所占考分大，耗时多，但如果平时能做到多读，则有助于提高阅读能力。阅读要快读，以提高阅读速度，增加和扩大英语感性认识。
转眼间，我已上岗一个学期了。在这短短的几个月时光中，我深深的体会到了这份工作的纯真与美好。作为“孩子王”，与孩子在一起的氛围是任何现代装饰手段都无法营造。望着那一张张天真可爱的笑脸，一切的烦恼与忧愁刹那间消退，生活的诗画便在眼前飞扬，使心田灿烂，温馨甜美……我觉得小学教师是一个纯真和美好的职业。有人形容小学教师看起来永远都是那么的年轻和充满朝气。这种形容不无道理。当你面对孩子们那双清澈无比又充满童真的眼睛时，当你聆听着他们银铃般的笑声时，每个人都仿佛又重新回到了童年时光。这让我更叫喜欢这个职业，让我觉得这份职业如此纯真美好
可喜的是经过半年的.学习、积累、探索，我在英语教学上日趋成熟，逐渐收放自如，总结出了一套自己的教学方法。现简单列出：
一、激发兴趣，维持激-情。
“兴趣是孩子们最好的老师。”使学生带着浓厚的兴趣去学习，将会使教学工作取得事半功倍的效果，这是我教学中最深刻的体会。激发小学生的学习兴趣并不难。小学生初学英语，对英语充满了好奇与向往，与中文迥然不同的语音语调使他们跃跃欲试，欧洲国家的风土人情使他们眼界大开，再加上课堂上，我使用了大量的彩图、实物、头饰、音乐等作为教学工具，设计了丰富多采的教学游戏，让学生在玩中学，在学中玩，身心愉悦地上英语课，在不知不觉中就掌握了知识，使英语成为他们最喜欢的科目。
但更重要的是将这一学习的激-情保持下去。学生到了四、五、六年级，英语课便比较没有新鲜感了，而且随着内容的加深，学生也渐感吃力。对高年级的学生，一方面我适当改变教法，设计出更新颖有效的游戏活动辅助学生理解、记忆，激发学习兴趣，另一方面，也在尝试新的激-情激发点。比如，在英语对话、竞赛、表演中让学生尽情、自由发挥，体验成功的喜悦与满足;在课外举行效仿欧美习俗的聚会等，让学生有机会在浓厚的英语氛围中学习英语，从而产生学英语、说英语的强烈愿望。
二、及时复习，反复操练。
俗语有云：“一日不唱口生，一日不练手生。”因此，在英语教学中我要求学生必须对所学内容倒背如流，脱口而出。因此，每一内容传授完毕后，我都要求学生及时背诵、记忆，确保每一学生在单词、句子的听、说、读、写过关。每天早上，学生必须将所学内容读至少一遍以上，随时保持学习英语的最佳状态。在每一堂英语课前，我都会用英语与学生自由交谈。通过反复的操练，学生对知识自然能掌握得牢，用得活了。
三、严抓书写，打牢基矗
学英语并非是一朝一夕的事，可谓“never too old to learn.”(活到老，学到老.)那么，基础的重要性便不言而喻了。初学时如果在书写上或是发音上有不良的习惯或错误，在以后将很难纠正。因此，在小学英语教学中，我在书写和发音上要求特别严格，哪怕是abc这样简单的字母。在书写上，我要求学生先书空，再在练习本上写，最后写到作业本上。乱涂乱画及不符合四线三格书写规则的一律重写至规范为止。“磨刀不误砍柴工”，做好了准备，打牢了基础，既使教学活动更顺利、更规范化，也为学生将来学习英语铺就一条平坦大道。
四、在英语教学中贯彻道德教育原则。
教师的职责，古人概括为“传道、授业、解惑”，把道德教育放到了首位。教书必先育人，英语科也不例外。在小学英语教材中，有许多礼貌用语，如：thank you! excuse me. sorry. after you.等;有教人拾金不昧的小故事;有发人深省的寓言;有宣扬团结互助的短文......我绝不放过这样的教育机会，除了句子、短文的阅读、理解教学外，更让学生去体会其中的精神。让学生在课堂模仿操练之余，也延伸到日常生活中去，成为个人的一种情操。如今，学生已将thank you! sorry. that’s all right.等挂在嘴边，文明有礼成了一种风气。
除了一般的道德教育外，我觉得英语还是最容易培养学生自信心的科目之一。刚开始学英语时，一部分人只会吃吃地笑，还有一部分人说得好像蚊子在哼哼叫。在老师的鼓励与诱导下，学生能够开口说，到大声说，不到半学期便能在大庭广众下卖弄自己的英语，这过程便是一个自信心的提升。我在课堂上极少批评打击学生，我更愿我的学生在我的good! wounderful!等肯定声中找到自我，从而信心百倍地去学下一句。
当然，在英语教坛上，我尚是一名新兵。在今后漫长的教学生涯中，我仍需要接受更严格的锻炼和挑战，不断学习，不断积累，为中国通往世界的语言桥梁添砖加瓦
