I am fond of doing exercises especially like badmintion. This week, I met my cousin Jack at my grandparent's home. He is a middle school student so he is much taller than me.
He invited me to play badminton with him, and I was excited. Later, I found that we were not in the same level, and I quit. I didn't want to play with him anymore.
After several minutes, My aunt asked my cousin to say sorry to me. He told her that I was too weak to play with him and that's not his fault.
I was angry so I fought with him. I don't want to make friend with him anymore!

对于实习，这就意味着大学的生活要结束了。当我带着一份既欣喜又紧张的心情来到实习的学校时，我真实的感受到了实习的难，新的环境，新的身份，不一样的心情，但我有信心可以很快适应这里的.环境，认真工作的。
8月27日，经过了几天的调整，了解，我正式实习上班了，主要工作是先跟着任课教师到各个班级听课，指导教师张老师虽然不是教英语的但却是很热心的帮我安排听英语老师的课。当我第一次走进教室时，面对着黑板和同学们，我仿佛又回到了高中生的时代。但这次却是以一位实习教师的身份来到这个教室，感到非常紧张，不过还好我现在只是听课，即使心理紧张，同学们也不会看见。开始上课了，我调整好紧张的心态，认真的听老师讲课，如何以简洁明了的方式讲解英语语法，如何以流利的英语带动同学们积极的思考。课间，当有老师或同学和我打招呼时，我会微笑着和他们打招呼，老师和同学也会热心的帮助我，我也虚心受教，不断总结自己，积累经验，因此和老师、同学们相处的很融洽。每天积极认真的到各个班级听课，到每个班都会有不一样的感受，心理总是在想教师真是一个伟大的职业。
就这样，一周的实习时光结束了，回顾一周来在学校的工作，我觉得很充实，学到很多东西，我有信心可以顺利完成实习工作。

本次八年级英语月考从试卷上看考察知识面较广，题型较丰富，灵活运用程度接近中考。题的难易程度适中。题出得比较好，但学生答得不好，高分不多，平均分较差，主要存在以下几方面问题：
1。听力测试失分原因学生平时不习惯背诵句型，课文等，再加上没有听力材料练习，故失分严重。
2。选取题失分原因学生对知识点的掌握不准确不扎实，再加上审题不仔细，导致学生自我认为会得题没有拿分。
3。完型填空和阅读理解学生失分最多。原因是学生词汇量太少看不懂，更不能正确理解文章资料。
4。补全对话失分因为学生不能按平时的指导去做，把握不住做题要领。
5。动词运用题学生没有到达灵活运用，平时练得少。
6。写作潜力太差，平时练得少，教师指导的也不够。
今后的教学我想从以下几方面改善：
1。提高课堂教学质量，备课必须要充分，教学方法灵活多样。
2。加强课下对学生的追踪力度，采用“兵教兵”“兵追兵”。
3。加大对重点知识的练习力度，练得学生一看就明白答案。
4。完型填空和阅读理解，补全对话平时多加强对学生的'做题指导，主要是方法指导。每一天让学生背十个单词，翻译五个句子。
5。写作方面多练多批多改。
6。对学生进行做题技巧训练，避免因粗心错题。
